Our meetings take place on the second Tuesday of the month at 'Wishing Well', Jubilee House, St Paul's St, Crewe, CW12QA. For parking use postcode CW12PT which is Victoria centre carpark (Asda car park at the top end). There is now a charge for evening parking on this car park. There is a charge of £2 to members of FHSC and £3 for non-members of FHSC, refreshments included.
Most meetings include a speaker presenting on a family history or local history topic, there is also ample time to chat with other members, share stories and research tips, as well as successes and failures!
During the winter months we hold our meetings via Zoom, full details are always published on the Events section of the website and can also be seen down the right-hand column of this page.

Our Crewe Research Centre is also based in Crewe, at Units 3 & 4 of the Brierley Business Centre on Mirion Street. Click HERE to be taken directly to the information page for the Research Centre. You can also find there a list of the current projects being undertaken by volunteers, we are always looking for more help, so please let Margaret Spate know on if you would like to volunteer.
There is a short document, Origins of Crewe, available on the FHSC website, it makes for interesting reading and can be found HERE
